
LEVEL DESIGNER on THE CREW MOTORFEST,
UBISOFT - IVORY TOWER
For the first half of 2024, I have fulfilled the position of Level Designer in the Prod Team, in charge of several missions for the future seasons of this major Gaas (Game as a service). As part of my job, I had to communicate abundantly with the Art department, as well as the Programming team.
Still under NDA, I can only say so much about my tasks during my time at Ubisoft-IVT, but with the permission of my manager I have layered some of it for you.

WORLD NAVIGATION GUIDELINES
The Crew Motorfest takes place in the idyllic archipelago of ​Hawaii. My team was dedicated to the expansion, meaning the ​upcoming arrival of the island of Maui for Season 5.
As part of that, I was in charge of laying down the guidelines ​for the Level Design and Level Art of the cities and all of the ​beaches that surround the island, as well as making sure these ​guidelines were applied in practice.
DEMOLITION ROYALE
I had full ownership and responsibility on the conception of ​the new Demolition Royale arena for Maui.

TREASURE HUNT
I was in charge of the setting of the loot crates players can ​look for throughout the whole island, to collect new parts for ​their favourite machine.
Main objective :

To have a fair distribution of treasures throughout the ​whole island ;

Highlighting stunning and hidden locations on Maui
